In order to efficiently repair large motors and equipment, Burford has developed a very impressive and self sufficient machine shop. Within our machine shop we can do almost any type machine work. Our machinist work with up to date and well maintained equipment consisting of, but not limited to; a 54″ horizontal boring mill, lathes ranging from 12 inches to 10 foot diameter chucks, and up to a 400 ton horizontal press.
Our machine shop is setup to handle jobs of all sizes: press work, pump repairs, gear box repairs, fan and blower repairs, lathe and mill work, welding, in house balancing and babbitt bearing repairs. We can also do custom fabrication via your printed design.
